Police Chief Ed R. Hobbs, of Peru, Indiana.

This vintage badge was created for the Indiana Association of Chiefs of Police and features an eagle top design. 
It was produced in the United States sometime between 1945 and 1950. 
This particular badge belonged to a past president named Ed R Hobbs and is pre-owned. 
The badge is a unique piece of historical memorabilia and a must-have for collectors of police badges. 
Badge size approx: 1 1/4" wide by 2 1/4"
