Description

This is an electroplated plastic prototype badge produced for the Lakewood, CO Police. It appears to have thin metal over the plastic base for the panels and seal. I have no idea if this badge was ever adopted but its been in my collection since the 90's. It is hallmarked on the back from the manufacturer from Arvada, CO. Definitely a unique conversation piece! I've never seen one like it in 50 years of collecting.
