Here is a mint condition, unissued badge from the Soviet Era Federal Highway Patrol.  It has its hallmark on the reverse side behind the Soviet seal and is guaranteed to be genuine.  Russia has a similar unit today which is still in existence but of course the badge no longer looks like this one.  Enjoy this opportunity to add this badge to your collection that is in far superior condition than most seen now.  The pin and hardware mechanism is complete and working.  This badge is 4" tall and made of aluminum.
