Purchased this many years ago from a former London officer (Bobbie) and collector Tony Purbrook (now deceased), Tony's collection was vast , he seemed to have endless connections, he left the Metro London Police moved here to the US and to my knowledge landed a pretty high position with the Pinkerton Company before his retirement, Tony lived on cape cod and I visited his house (with the vast museum downstairs) a few times. I got some killer items from his collection, this was one of them, but it needs to go to a good home now. It measures 36" by 18"  with the rope attachment intact. Could be the centerpiece of any London collection.
